ArtLords goes Disney

The Big Mouse is responsible for most of the development of animation as a storytelling form. In 1937 Snow White pioneered the feature-length animated film, and history went on from there. Here are some amazing adaptations of disney characters from Art Lords.

#1 – The Little Mermaid by Casper Hansen

The Little Mermaid by Casper Hansen

Casper, a fantastic artist from Denmark, made this rendition of Ariel. Beautiful though she is, she still somehow looks dry underwater…seems weird.

#2 – Temptation 5 A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes by Chris Seguritan

Temptation 5 A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes by Chris Seguritan

Seguritan actually penned a series of disney princesses and the temptations they face in their movies recently. Here’s Cinderella dancing with her pri-a broom.

#3 – Maleficent by Fabíola Montiero

Maleficent by Fabíola Monteiro

I don’t know about you, by Maleficent scared the bejeezus out of me as a kid. Not even as a dragon, when she shows up in the celebration following the birth of princess Aurora? I lost it. But this rendition isn’t so bad, might even say M seems a little cuddly.
